Design-Assist Capabilities

We believe that a proactive, forward-thinking approach to the design and purchase of major equipment would be a great asset to the project. At our disposal is our full pre-construction and design staff, with years of combined experiences, to assist in the final layout and design of the electrical work and systems. Our quality engineering and computer aided design staff is well equipped to smoothly and exactly relay the design to field personnel to ensure accurate and on-time construction. The construction experience, design expertise, and problem solving skills of our combined staff can successfully navigate around and work through unforeseen challenges, ultimately allowing the project to maintain schedule and reducing the overall cost of the project.

Specific design-assist services will include:

• Design document review:
  Our team will aid in the review of all design documents while they are developed. Sequencing, phasing, locating, and other coordination issues that impact the electrical installation will be identified and any conflicts will be resolved. This coordination will result in an exchange of information between miscellaneous trades that will ultimately reduce problems and aid in scheduling.
• Development of value engineering recommendations:
  As design document develop, Dynalectric will maintain close contact with the architects and engineers to identify any material, design or method of installation that may afford additional savings.
• Attendance at design development meetings:
  Our team will attend all design development meetings. The team will interact and coordinate with all members in identifying areas of potential concern. The team will take a proactive approach to design and will work closely with the architects and engineers, and others to produce a quality project, completed on time and within budget.
